Cationic rapid-cure epoxy monomer

  • 1.HiREM-1 is a cation-curable epoxy monomer that can be cured by light or heat.
  • 2.Rapid cured at a low temperature due to excellent curability.
  • 3.Excellent thermal resistance and mechanical strength in cured product.

Photocurability

HiREM-1 can be cured rapidly by photo cation.

Thermal Curability

HiREM-1 can be cured rapidly by thermal cation.

Formulation : Epoxy monomer / SI-100L = 100 / 0.2

Thermal Curing property

HiREM-1 starts to be cured at low temperature range.

Formulation : Epoxy monomer / SI-100L = 100 / 0.2
Test method : 10℃/min., under N2

Physical Properties of Cured Product

HiREM-1 provides excellent thermal resistance and mechanical properties in cured product.

Formulation : Epoxy monomer / SI-100L = 100 / 0.2
Curing condition : 65℃/2h, 150℃/2h

Multi functional methacrylate: TM Series

TM-1 and TM-2 are methacrylic compounds having 4 functional groups and provide following characteristics: 1. Equivalent reactivity with generic acrylic cross linkers
2. Prevent hardning shrinkage (low curling tendency)
3. Improve the hardness and the thermal resistance
