SHIKOKU KASEI Group advances health and productivity management through efforts spearheaded by the Health and Productivity Management Promotion Secretariat and overseen by the top management in the role of Chief Health and Productivity Management Officer. Under this system, the secretariat works together with the Japan Health Insurance Association, the labor union, and the occupational health staff to support employee health and wellbeing.
